Cyrus Hodes

Cyrus Hodes joined INEGMA as a Non-Resident Scholar in 2011. Cyrus Hodes was educated at Sciences Po Paris (the leading French university of public administration) in International Relations and Business. He holds a Master in Defense from Paris II University and a Master in Public Administration from Harvard University (Kennedy School of Government).

Cyrus has led over 50 high-level management and strategic consulting missions worldwide. During 2002-2006, he founded and managed a consultancy in Afghanistan which focused on strengthening governance institutions and infrastructure.

Cyrus is a lecturer at Sciences Po Paris for 4th and 5th year students at the Master in International Security. In the UAE, he is an Adjunct Professor at Zayed University in Abu Dhabi and a Visiting Scholar at the Dubai School of Government. He currently is focusing his research on the evolution and impact of Offset programs in the UAE.
